Let's Name the Fear
Maybe you’re worried that if you start choosing yourself, someone will be disappointed. Maybe you’re afraid you’ll be judged. Maybe a part of you wonders if you’ll end up alone.

Most of us have spent decades being the responsible one. The dependable one. The one who holds everything together.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
When you stop performing and start living aligned, the right people don’t disappear. They will meet you there. You won’t have to carry this alone.

Over eight weeks, in a small and supportive group (max 15 women), we’ll gently but intentionally move through:
• Rebuilding trust in yourself
• Protecting your energy with clear boundaries
• Speaking honestly - without over-explaining
• Redefining worth beyond what you do for everyone else
• Designing a life that reflects who you’re becoming
• Practicing brave, aligned steps - one after another, with support

At 64, I’m not teaching something I read in a book.
I’m living it.
I know what it feels like to build a life that works, and still want more.
I know what it feels like to choose yourself and wonder who will stay.
And I know what it feels like when your life starts to feel electric again.
Rebuilding Joy isn’t theory.
It’s lived.
You don't have to do it alone.

Community Care Rate:

Payment Plans Available:
If paying in full isn't the best option right now, select offline payment and we can arrange a simple payment plan.
